We offer a two-year limited warranty on all of our products, valid on any items purchased through our website, J.W. Hulme retail stores or through any authorized resellers. In the unlikely event that any of our products are defective in material or craftsmanship during the two-year limited warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. Please note the proof of purchase along with a service evaluation fee of $28, that also covers return shipping, will apply to all warranty service. Our Quality Guarantee does not cover the following: 

• Crystal, crown, case, strap, bracelet or battery
• Any damage that results from unauthorized or improper service, accident, impact, negligence or normal wear and tear
• Water damage due to accident, improper use, or negligence
