Title: Client Experience Associate 

Reports to: Store Manager

FT/PT: Full-Time or Part Time - Weekday and Weekend Availability

J.W. Hulme is looking for an energetic, service focused Client Experience Associate to create an exceptional customer experience and become a brand ambassador for J.W Hulme. This dynamic individual will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client experience through completion of customer service duties, policies, and procedures – in store and over the phone. Answering client inquiries/selling product through exceptional product and brand knowledge. Maintaining the cleanliness and displays of the store, merchandising, working with customers and offering outstanding customer service daily.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with other Client Experience Associates to complete all responsibilities including, but not limited to:

    • Opening and closing the store

    • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store

    • Assist in-store customers

    • Point of Sale transactions 

    • Merchandise and maintain store displays
