Return any bag with defect or normal use damage. J.W. Hulme will either repair in a presentable fashion, or if not possible, replace it at no charge, including shipping. Non-normal damage, such as dog-chewing, will be repaired at cost.

Process Times
Orders will be processed within one or two business days. If the product is not in stock, you will be notified immediately.
Exception: Brass I.D. Plates may delay an order up to one week.
Returns
A full refund of product cost and shipping fees will
be applied on all items returned unused.
