repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear. Discretionary
trade-ins or refunds are not accepted after 90 days from purchase date. Lifetime Guarantee is not applicable to J.W. Hulme products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than J.W. Hulme. |

Should you need to return your purchase for exchange, refund, or replacement within 90 days

within 90 days of purchase will receive a full refund or exchange including original ground
shipping costs. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 90 days of purchase. If you should
choose to accept credit towards future orders instead of a refund or exchange, we’ll ship your
next order FREE via ground.

Our Comprehensive Repair Services |
| We back J.W. Hulme products for a lifetime. We will repair any J.W. Hulme bag throughout its
life FREE OF REPAIR COSTS (shipping costs apply). Repairs for damages beyond normal wear and
tear such as puppy chewing, bullet holes, mold/mildew and other extraordinary circumstances are
exceptions to our guarantee. A quote for repair cost will be offered prior to any work on these
unusual damages. We also SPECIALIZE
in the repair of GOKEY and ORVIS canvas bags (not including rolling products).
