We proudly offer a guarantee that every purchase from us meets your high standards of quality. This guarantee is a lifetime repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear. Lifetime guarantee is not applicable to J.W. Hulme Co. products that were sold as seconds or samples, or have been altered or repaired by anyone other than J.W. Hulme Co.
Our Leather & Canvas
J.W. Hulme’s exclusive, premium Heritage leathers are an experience all their own. Each lot of full-grain hides is delivered semi-naked, so that natural variations such as small scars, creases, and striations are more pronounced than in more processed leathers. These naturally-occuring marks are features, not flaws. Each expertly crafted Heritage leather piece is hand-buffed and burnished by a skilled Hulme artisan who has an uncompromising eye for detail. This care, along with your regular use,will allow your Heritage leather bag or accessory to age gracefully, developing a richer patina and distinctive character.
The more extensive finishing process of all other J.W. Hulme leathers yields a more consistent color and texture than that of the Heritage leathers. But, as with all natural materials, the hides are subject to innate shade and grain variations, small scars and creases. These characteristics have no weakening effect on the leather; they are purely cosmetic variations.
J.W. Hulme’s timeless Graystone canvas is waxed to provide an additional layer of protection and durability. The wax will rise to the surface with use and handling, creating streaks and shade variations that will accumulate and create a look specific to each piece. Most owners appreciate and enjoy this feature of waxed canvas, but marks can be minimized by applying medium heat from a hair dryer to soften the wax so that it sinks back into the canvas.

If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase you can return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We will ship product exchanges free of additional shipping charge.

Repair Services
We back J.W. Hulme products for a lifetime. We will repair any J.W. Hulme bag throughout its life free of repair costs (shipping costs apply.) Repairs for damages beyond normal wear and tear, such as puppy chewing, bullet holes, mold/mildew and other extraordinary circumstances are exceptions to our guarantee. A quote for repair cost will be provided prior to any work on these unusual damages.
We also specialize in the repair of GOKEY and ORVIS canvas bags (not including rolling products); price quotes available and shipping costs apply.
