This guarantee is a lifetime repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear. Lifetime guarantee is not applicable to J.W. Hulme Co. products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than J.W. Hulme Co.

Our 30 day Return Policy

If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase you can return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We will ship product exchanges free of additional shipping charge.

* Embossed, personalized American Heritage products may not be returned.
* A 20% fee will apply on returned products that have personalized I.D. plates.
* Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code posted on the outside of the shipment box.

Restoration and Repair Services

We back J.W. Hulme products for a lifetime. We will repair any J.W. Hulme bag throughout its life free of repair costs (shipping costs apply.) Repairs for damages beyond normal wear and tear, such as puppy chewing, bullet holes, mold/mildew and other extraordinary circumstances are exceptions to our guarantee. A quote for repair cost will be provided prior to any work on these unusual damages. We also specialize in the repair of GOKEY and ORVIS canvas bags (not including rolling products); price quotes available and shipping costs apply.
